I love adding cereal into dessert recipes. You can always count on extra boxes of cereal in the kitchen on any given day. I used a single serving Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal for this recipe but you can just measure out what you need from a regular size box.

What Sprinkles Should I Add to This Fudge?

This Cinnamon Toast Crunch Fudge Recipe calls for Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning but you can use any sprinkles you choose or keep the top of the fudge plain and simple.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers

6 tbsp of butter

1 tub of Vanilla Frosting

1/3 cup of sugar cookie mix

1/2 bag of white baking chips

2oz Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning

Supplies

8 x 8 baking dish

Parchment paper

Non-stick baking spray

Mixing Bowl

Spoon / spatula, for stirring

Directions

Line 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick baking spray

Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in crushed graham crackers until moist.

Spread graham cracker mix in your parchment lined baking dish.

Sprinkle Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning on top

In a mixing bowl, add in half the bag of white baking chips, sugar cookie mix, 1 tsp of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust Seasoning and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. Give it a quick mix.

Warm frosting in microwave until completely liquid (approx. 1 minute)

Fold melted frosting into your mixing bowl with all other ingredients. Fold lightly until cereal pieces are fully covered. You do not need to over mix.

Pour into dish and sprinkle the top with Cinnamon Toast Cinnadust Seasoning as much or as little as you like.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Slice, serve, enjoy!

Note: You can also top with extra Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal if you choose. Up to you!
