We were getting ready for a Harry Potter movie night and the kids asked me to make a Butterbeer Frappuccino. And so we whipped this awesome treat up and WOW was it good!

I think my kids were a little bit genius asking for this Butterbeer Frappuccino. It’s so smooth and creamy, the toffee on top is a dream.

Seriously, I wish I’d though of it sooner, because it tastes way better than any of the other frappucino recipes I’ve made recently–or ever had at Starbucks.

You have to try it, if you’re at all into Harry Potter snacks and treats. It’s so worth the 5 minutes it takes to put together.

This Harry Potter drink idea is super fast and the kids can help–mine did.

See notes for how to make it caffeine free and dairy free.

Makes: 2 frappuccino’s
Prep: 10 Minutes

4 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1 shot of espresso
1 cup ice
1/2 cup milk; maybe more
caramel syrup for drizzle
butterscotch syrup for drizzle
whipped topping

Place 4 scoops ice cream, ice, shot of espresso, and milk into a blender. Blend well. If it is too thick add a little more milk and blend.

In a cup, drizzle caramel and butterscotch syrup along the sides of the cup. Pour in the frappuccino.

Top with whipped topping, caramel and butterscotch drizzle.

Notes: For caffeine free leave out the shot of espresso. For dairy free use dairy free coconut ice cream and oatmilk to replace the regular milk.
