How To Make This Roasted Buffalo Ranch Chicken

Ingredients 

Chicken Thighs 
Olive Oil

Buffalo Seasoning
Ranch Seasoning
Carrots
Celery 

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Roasted Buffalo Ranch Chicken

In a large pan, spread out the celery & carrots

Roasted Buffalo Ranch Chicken

Place the chicken thighs on top. Lightly coat with olive oil.

Roasted Buffalo Ranch Chicken

Sprinkle with ranch and buffalo seasoning.

Bake for 45 minutes out until chicken has reached 165 degrees.

Just me: I like to make deviled eggs along side this dish to keep the entire meal as low carb as possible.
