Valentine's Day Candy Bark Recipe

This is recipe is one of my all time favorites. It’s fun, festive and you can whip it up in no time at all. I love to make different candy barks for holidays and birthdays, they are so easy you don’t even have to measure anything!

Valentine's Day Candy Bark Recipe

You really don’t need to measure the amounts of ingredients you use – I usually use two packages of almond bark or candy melts, and then just a few handfuls of toppings. A little or a lot, it’s totally your call.

Ingredients:

4 – 1 oz blocks of chocolate almond bark

4 – 1oz blocks of white almond bark

Assorted heart, pearl, red, and pink sprinkles

Red hots candy

Directions:

Valentine's Day Candy Bark Recipe

Use the microwave to melt the chocolate bark in 30 second intervals, stirring often

Valentine's Day Candy Bark Recipe

Spread the melted chocolate onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet in a thin, even layer

Place in refrigerator until set

Melt the white almond bark and spread evenly over the set chocolate layer

Decorate with sprinkles and place back in refrigerator to set

Break or cut into pieces and enjoy!

Note: Melt the chocolate in a nonstick microwaveable bowl. I also like to use my small slow cooker dipper pot for when I am making larger batches.

Options: This recipes is so easy that you can adapt the theme by simply swapping out the sprinkles to match any holiday or special occasion.
